Hi there,

In the Fitbit app under notifications, it will tell me for example SmartTrack auto recognized your Aerobic Workout! Check it out. yet when I tap it, nothing happens. Are the notifications tappable for more detail regarding that notification or not tappable?

SmartTrack shouldn't be tappable. Could you please send me a screenshot of what you get?

SmartTrack was just an example I was using that I received under notifications. 

My question was are notifications tappable under the notifications section in the app? Please see screenshot to help you better understand my question. Thank you!A998664C-F388-4C94-AEA2-6555E90D0CD7.png

Same identical thing happened to me. It will not let me tap the notification to read it. So frustrating!!!Picture
