I've had a Charge 4 since Sept. For about 6 months it worked well. HR accurate ( I have two other HR monitors to judge by). Sync was fine. Then I didn't use it for about two months or so and am coming back to using it. First, I had a heck of a time getting it to sync again. That finally resolved and this morning I noticed the exercise HR was really far off. Like I was in full on cardio mode at 140 - 150 bpm per my other trackers and only 55 - 60 with fit bit? It didn't seem to matter where I placed the watch face (inside of wrist vs outside). I tried resetting and still very inaccurate. My resting HR seems accurate.
AModerator edit: clarified subject.ny fixes for this? I don't want to have to wear an entirely separate device every time I work out just to get an accurate HR.

Welcome to the forums @deefromlv.
Thanks for the details regarding the inconvenience with your Charge 4.
I recommend that you try restarting the device.
