Incomplete sync on Charge 2 with Ellipsis tablet

App on Android tablet is set for all day sync.  Data is up to date but says last sync was several days ago.  Tried manually sync several times.  Also turned off, then restarted tablet.

 

Battery info is correct on stats page, but incorrect on sync option page.
