Hi,
Earlier today I had a fitness class.
During my class I checked my Fitbit charge 2 during the break and saw that it was 165 bpm and checked again during a different break and it was 160 bpm.
During the hour class I only checked my Fitbit twice during the class and these were the two reading stuff I saw.
When I synced my Fitbit to my iPhone SE, it told me I hadn’t reached 165 and only reached 160.
Yet when I looked at my workout summery, it told me my highest was 174?
If I reached 174, why is it not showing up in my app?

Hi, @12doeb, actually those numbers were very close, and definitely within an error margine.
However, you should be aware that during workout mode your Charge 2 will sample your heartrate (and display it if you happen to be looking). However, when it saves to your app, it will take those 1 second readings and average them over 1 minute. So that would explain the discrepancy. If your HR averaged over the 60 seconds, turned out to be approx 160, that would be what would be saved to your app.
I hope this makes sense. Welcome to the forums!

Best AnswerWhy is it different then on different parts of the app?
In the heart rate tile it only goes up to 160 as my max for the day,
but when I click on the workout itself, it tells me I got up to 174?
