Yesterday, my Charge 2 indicated:

5515 Steps
2.49 Miles

2208 Cals

8 Minutes exercise.

How is this possible?

Let me help you with your exercise time. Are you referring to the duration of an activity or are you talking about active minutes. They are not the same and you can learn how active minutes are calculated here.
