Incorrect step count in Fitbit App after mobile tracker and Charge 2 sync

Hi Team

 

I have Fitbit Charge 2 with me. I don't wear charge 2 to office so I use mobile tracker during that time and wear my charge 2 during evening when i goto Gym.

 

The problem I am facing is that during my office time i walk around 7K steps which i see during entire day and when i come back home. However those are lost when i wear my charge 2 in gym and only step with charge 2 are there.

 

Please advise how can I fix the issue.

For a better understanding of your concern, I'd like to first ask you certain questions to assist you further. Please let me know the following:

 

1. Which mobile device platform are you currently using?

2. Do you sync the MobileTrack information before or after you sync your Charge 2?
