Is there a way we can change the settings on the interval workout? Such as the seconds of work/rest?

click account settings

charge 2

exercise shortcuts

interval workout 

now you can edit your settings!

Last year my interval settings worked great. Now mine have reverted to the default, which is useless for me, and I also need to know how to reset them. Anybody have an answer?
