Is there an always-on display feature on my Charge 3?

How can I get us to keep the screen on it shuts off until I move my wrist but I wanted to stay on permanently.

Hi there, @Suzieqz3. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I will do my best to help you with this inquiry. 

As a first approach, please note there's no way to keep the screen on permanently on Charge 3.  At this time, you can only use the screen wake feature. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
