Is the Fitbit app for PC no longer supported? Every time I try to edit my Exercise Shortcuts, the popup is blank. No matter which of the two buttons - x at the top or + at the bottom - I press, he app immediately crashes. I ended up making the changes through the Fitbit Dashboard, which wouldn't let me change the order, then syncing the app again. No, I don't have a phone.
The app will also crash if I try to look at my sleep data as soon as it finishes syncing. I have to either go look at something else then come back to it or close and reopen the app so it won't crash. Still using Charge 4 if it matters.

@Cerizas Fitbit deactivated the Fitbit app for Windows 10 users several months ago. Some users, like you, report that they can still sync, but once they log out, they can't log back in.
You need a compatible Android or Apple device, but it can be a wi-fi only tablet on your home network.

Oh, thanks! I guess I should check in here more often, I missed that. My app is permanently signed in. I do have the app on my Kindle. Do you think I can get my Charge 4 to pair with the Kindle if I unpair it from the laptop?

@Cerizas The Kindle Fire uses Fire OS, Amazon's open source version of Android. As an Apple user, I can only share what I've read. If you search, there is apparently a way to side load the Google Play Store on to a Kindle Fire HD. Then you can get the Android Fitbit app.

Oh, sorry, I do have a Fitbit app on my Kindle Fire HD. Just can't get the Kindle to pair with my Charge 4, maybe because it's already connected to my laptop. So to get the Kindle app to update, I have to sync with the Windows app first.
Though since Fitbit is apparently teaming up with Google, I'll see about switching.
