Hi all
I’m after a bit of advice as I can’t find much on the Internet. My current phone is on its way out the battery doesn’t hold very well (I’m charging up 2-3 times a day) so I’ve been given my partners old phone to change over to.
Trouble is I don’t want to lose my fitbit stats and data that I’ve got since Christmas to today. Will they stay on the app when I change the phone over or is there a way of saving the data?
many thanks

All your data, settings, badges etc are safe as they're held on the Fitbit servers rather than your phone.
All you need to do with the new phone is download the fitbit app and sign-in using the email id and password you used on your old phone. Important: do not create a new account on the new phone or try to setup your fitbit again.
Before doing that it's worth removing any link to the fitbit in your current phone's bluetooth settings to prevent it blocking connection to the new phone.

Thank you Steve. I just wanted to make sure as the last thing I’d want is to lose my last 4 months of data.
Thank you for your quick reply and enjoy your day 👍🏻.
many thanks
