Fitbit you need to address your latest update as it’s rendered the charge 4 virtually unusable 

1. battery life doesn’t even last half a day 

2. step found incorrect I had done 9000 steps  this morning before I even left the house 

3. sleep monitor hasn’t worked for last two nights 

there is no point in me wearing it at the minute h less you fix the problem that have been created by the last update

Agreed. I called complain myself. All they did was give me a 35% discount because they bricked a device with an update. I’ve used the charge 4 for a little over a year. I’m going to give them a week to fix their mistake (if they ever acknowledge it) then I’m moving on from Fitbit.

I’m not spending more money on a new Fitbit to fix a mistake Fitbit made. I guess I’ll get an apple watch or a Garmin instead.
