Hello, has anyone else experienced problems with accessing life chat from the UK.

ive tried since yesterday to open up the live chat window from the UK, it’s all graded out and does not open.

I have now managed to request a live chat via other means, but each time, I get a response with a phone number to ring, but no no one is picking up the phone!!! Yesterday I spent 2 hours ringing that number trying to get through but it rings continuously then drops out, and today I have already spent just over 30 minutes waiting on the line!!! This is costing me 50p per minute with my mobile phone provider, when I’m not even getting a response!!!

 

This is do frustrating!!!! 😫😖😡
