Limiting hours on notifications

Is there a way to not have notifications "on" overnight for the Charge 3?  I want them during the day - just not while I am sleeping. I haven't been able to find anything about this.

If you scroll through your watch to settings then scroll down there is a spot that says notifications during sleep , switch to off
