Lines across Charge 3 screen

My FitBit charge 3 has lines running across the screen, making it difficult to read.  I bought my Fitbit on February 11, 2020, there for it should be under warranty.

@Bam693 Thanks for stopping by!

Let me help you with this. Please restart your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

I tried this twice. Got a smiley face, but it didn't vibrate. Lines still
there

I have the same issue its the 2nd time this happened and taking me forever to grt through to support if you find out anytging let me know too 😃

I got through to customer service without waiting very long.  After going through some troubleshooting,  which did not fix the problem, the representative submitted a claim for a new Fitbit since mine was still under warranty.
