There seems to be a problem with my screen. Instead of solid easy to read screen, I now have lines throughout. It’s been like this for a few days now. Please can someone help?

Hi Helz1. Did u get anywhere with the lines across your fitbit screen? I now have the same issue.

Yes. I would. I just read if u start new thread someone called davidefitbit or similar name will escalate it to cust serv.

I called support. I had no luck when I rebooted so they are sending me a replacement. My screen has gotten worst since my call.
