My screen has totally died, I can't see anything except multiple vertical white flashing lines. I've tried resetting it and charging it but nothing has worked. Anyone else had the same issue and managed to fix it?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 display and thank you for restarting your device. As the issue persist please let our Support team know about this. I have created a ticket so they can further assist you via email.
