Live data in Fitbit app

Hi!

With my Charge 2, I could see the step counter in the Android app dynamically register every step I would take, and the mileage counter would also update in real time.

Since I upgraded to the Charge 3, the only way for me to see my current step count and mileage in the app is to do a sync. I made sure that the live data setting is "Enabled," but I'm not seeing live data. Is there anything I need to do?

Welcome to the Forums, @jspires.

The only live data you are to able to see from the Fitbit app is the heart rate. You can have more information about this by taking a look at the article: Can I view live heart rate data in the Fitbit Coach app?.

I also suggest visiting our feature suggestions board and share your ideas with us.

Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂
