Had my fitbit for quite some time and recently my phone and fitbit lose connection during running.
I can see it on the symbol in the top right corner and sometimes it picks up the connection again after opening the app on the phone.
This results in long straight lines on Strava and bad data.
Phone does not have battery optimisation set up, but if it were, Fitbit is listed as a 'do not optimise' app.
Any idea how to fix this?

@Matski Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your app connection with your phone. Lets start by refreshing the link between these two by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goesl
