A couple times I have achieved 10000+ steps and when I go to sync the Charge 3 with my iPhone X I lose 2000 steps. Frustrated and disappointed in the product in the area. Any advice?

I understand how are you feeling. Are you manually logging any type of activity that might be taking away your information? If you are, I recommend deleting those activities and see if your information goes back to normal.
