I just found that all my steps data from 2 Nov to 26 Nov were lost. There are floors data on that missing period but steps data were lost.
I didn't do anything on the device or setup. I turn on auto-sync function and normally won't particularly check the sync result unless necessary.
Anyone can help ?

@TimTiu It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear about your missing information. This is odd as the data is stored in the Fitbit servers. Have you tried using a different device to view your historical data? Try using the website (at fitbit.com) or use a different mobile device to see if the issue persists there. Additionally log out from the account, restart your device and log back in.
