Hi,
The brightness is so diminished that in a 100% dark room I can barely see what's on the screen. Screenmode is set to normal
I can berely see the very bottom of screen.
I did a soft restart, nothing changed.
I started using this Fitbit Charge 3 feb 2018

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen being too dim and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I just want you to check if the tracker isn't in the Sleep or Do Not Disturb mode by long pressing the button.

no it is not in sleep or do not disturb mode... i have tried to restart, but no change
Without readable screen the use of Fitbit is very limited. Please provide solution

I have used my charge 3 since feb 2019, not 2018
