Map Loads for Activity but not preview

Hi

 

My Charge 2 has recently stopped being able to load the preview maps and share maps for my run. When I click the exercise the map is there so the GPS is obviously working and tracking my runs, but I can't share the map. I used to share my map every workout! Can someone please help me figure out how to get these to load? I've restarted my fitbit, redownloaded the app. Nothing has changed except they stopped loading.

I will gladly help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in and see if the thumbnails load.

I have done this multiple times. It has not fixed the issue.

I have tried that multiple times to no avail.

I did just try it again and it still doesn't fix the problem.
