Map syncing from Fitbit to Strava not working.

My last three runs since 28/6/20 have not recorded GPS maps.

I’ve restarted both apps. Turned Bluetooth off/on. Turned phone off/on (iPhone 8+) 

not sure what the problem is, anyone else have this issue?

Let me help you with your missing Strava activities. Strava will only get activities that contains GPS data so if you are recording activities without GPS you won't see them transferred. If you are having issues recording GPS data from your Fitbit app you can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Thanks for info. Have tried turning Bluetooth off, re syncing. Switching on/off my phone.
Today’s run map was pretty much the same, non existent. I really think my Fitbit is faulty, I’ve had it three years now.
Any other suggestions?
