Hello,
Had my Fitbit for few years now and just recently noticed increase in pixels missing off the screen. Right now I'm not able to see the time and every day I seem to lose more. I have had my Fitbit for 2 years now and I would hate to get rid of it, but with seeing all the comments about issues related to missing pixels I might reconsider getting it again. Is there a fix for missing pixels. I try to reset it multiple times, even left it dead for few days but nothing works.

Support contacted me and they were really responsive till two weeks ago. They requested few information that I've provided right away but haven't responded to my email and few follow up emails so far. Not sure what I can do anymore.
