My charge 3 no longer reminds me to move, or tell me I've reached step goals. I've checked settings. Restarted phone, made sure app is updated. Any other suggestions?
I've just thus last week had same issues with lack of reminders and notification when goal reached. Think there was a software update recently so suspect this.
Saw a helpful reply about ensuring do not disturb is off but charge3 keeps turning this back on again.
Same issue here but I don't use the Fitbit in regards to phone notifications. Only for reminders to move or I've reached my goals. So how do I fix those vibrations that are not working?
My reminders to move have also stopped. All the controls in the Fitbit App and the iPhone X control center seemed to be set properly. I think the reminders stopped about the time my Charge3 firmware was updated. Does Fitbit have a place on-line where they announce bugs and work in progress to solve them?
Fixed it!! My issue was the watch itself. Scroll left to settings. Then scroll down to Sleep Mode. It needs to say "Sleep Mode" not "Sleep Mode Off." Once that was done, my reminders to move and step goal reached now working! Don't know if that will fix phone notifications as I don't use my Fitbit for that.
Thanks for the suggestion. However, the only choices that setting offers me are “Sleep Mode Off” and “Sleep Mode On.” I don’t see an option that simply says “Sleep Mode.”
