I’m a month out of warranty and I have white vertical lines on the watch screen. A week ago it lost a previously logged exercise period. I had exercised in the morning, logged on fitbit, a walk at lunchtime, logged on fitbit and then further exercise in the evening. My fitbit lost the morning activity which had been previously logged. It frequently shows me asleep when I’m not. This is my first Fitbit. Loved it when it was working but underwhelmed by, what feels like, a built in obsolescence in it. Won’t be purchasing again and won’t be recommending. BTW tried the reboot for the screen ,didn’t work for me.
