Multiple problems with Charge 3

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help. I’ve had multiple problems with my Charge 3 for about a month:

- lines across screen

- inaccurate heart rate monitor

- side button sometimes unresponsive, sometimes seems to get ‘stuck’ and vibrates constantly 

- depreciating battery life (have to charge every day now)

- needing to long reset every couple of days in order to use it at all, otherwise will get stuck on smiley face 

please can anyone help?? Thank you

I would like to just add that the Charge 3 has not received any damage, at all really. I look after it well.
