My fitbit has randomly buzzing. When its buzzing the screens  wont change when I tap it.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 randomly buzzing. Do you see any type of message or particular screen when this happens? I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions.

Its buzzing again no messages just a constant buzzing and I reset it too
