My Charge 2 step count is stuck

Hi all

 

My fitbit step count is stuck and won't change even after it hitting 12am today it didn't go back to 0. I tried resetting it a couple of times but it still won't work or change step count as it's stuck at a certain number

Hey @Danaxsa, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for restarting your Charge 2. Normally after you restart your tracker, the data updates a day after, so your steps and everything else will reset to zero perhaps tomorrow. If not, I will ask you to check your timezone settings on your Fitbit account, just in case.
