My Charge 2 won't sync

Hi.
For a while now, i can't get my CHARGE 2 to sync with any of my device ( my labtop, my phone, my husband's PC)
All device recognize and find the CHARGE2 device, but none can't sync.
When I go to the sync menu, the wheels spins and spins forever, but no syncinc is ever done ( for hours ! )

I've try removing the charge2 fro my profile. Now I can't add it back. The bluetooth password is correct, but right after the imput, the wheel spins forever.

As it won't connect to any of your devices it sounds like it's an issue with the fitbit. I would try restarting it using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

 

It's worth giving that a few tries as it's known to not always work.

 

Assuming that you do get it fixed, if it happens again I would recommend not removing it from your account (unless as a last resort) as it can lead to loss of unsynced data. These are the (safe) steps I follow:
