Hi, I have a fitbit charge 3. I had lost the charger and therefore couldn't use my fitbit for 6 months. I finally ordered a new charger but I'm not able to restart my device even after charging it for a couple of hours. I tried restarting it by putting it on charge and holding down the tracker button for 15 seconds but no response. When I did this, the device kept on vibrating the entire time the button was held down. Please help!

It is the same problem with me - I have tried pressing it for 15 secs however it is not turning on - I took out my fitbit almost after 6-8 months today - Can you please help

La bateria del charge 3 no es buena, en mi caso luego del año, ya no carga... no dudo que con ese tiempo también se haya estropeado. Lamento que la calidad sea tan baja, esperaba más del diseño del dispositivo
