My Charge 3 is not vibrating.

My charge 3 has stopped vibrating. Extremely annoying because i need those reminders to move or when I have hit my minutes goal when working out. I have made sure the vibration is on strong; the do not disturb etc wasn't set on my accident, reset my fitbit, unpaired then repaired it and checked all my settings. Anything I may be missing? Maybe its time to use my warranty and have it replaced?

Before going any further, please let me know if your Fitbit Charge 3 doesn't vibrate when you get a notification, set a silent alarm or when it is plugged into the charging cable.

I've checked what the moderator said and my Charge 3 doesn't vibrate now for any push or email notifications or when plugged in.  Have you replied to the moderator about yours?  Any answer?

This is also a new issue from me and I've tried all the fixes and ideas noted above.  Did Fitbit send an update or something recently, perhaps?

Contacted Chat for help. Had to plug Charge 3 into charging cable, hold down button on tracker for 8 secs, release.  Hopefully to then see smiley face and tracker vibrates.  I had to do a long restart, holding down button again but for 15 secs this time until saw progress bar.  Then, when bar complete, removed. device from charger but put it back immediately.  Got the smiley and vibration!  Yay!

@Yani22, I'm glad to hear that you've been able to fix your Fitbit Charge 3, thank you for letting us know.

@Theanie @murraya8, in addition to the regular restart, you can also try a long restart by doing the following:

1. Connect the device to the charging cable. 
2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. 
3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. 
4. The device turns off.
5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. 
6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.
