Charge 2 Display Dim/ Only Time can be seen, all other screens are scrambled?

Started a few days ago. Was fully charged. No moisture issue. Never worn in the rain, never in a shower.

I do have another Charge 2 still in box and has been setup. Both bought at same the time. What the odds it crashes too? Is this a know issue by FITBIT? Display Failure?

Hey @DarkGlass, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! To try to fix this, I'd like you to try to restart your Charge 2 by following these instructions:

1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You'll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker's display. Your Charge 2 will begin charging.
4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know if that works!

Hello HeydyFitbit....

Thankyou for your Welcome. I have tried your steps in detail. But it has made my Charge 2 Screen Unreadable. It is completely black with no light. But good news it's still took a full charge and I am still on blue tooth with my IPhone and logging to the Fitbit App. Unfortunately without the screen working it's a dead Product. Can I get a replacement? Or a refurbished one? Kindly waiting your reply.
