I have been trying to get help for my Fitbit 3. It started not holding a charge then the last time I plugged in it didn't hold a charge for more than 4 hours then screen went black and nothing i tried would get it to come on. When i plugged it in it got VERY HOT. I went through all the things that was advised to get it to work. Nothing works. Please let me know what I need to do. I Really Love my watch and want it to work again.
