My Charge 3 screen is not working properly

My fitbit started with the same lines. I tried the long restart and the clock face change. These didn't help.

My fitbit started glitching the other morning with lines through the screen. I read the forum and tried to troubleshoot. Nothing worked. Then I tried updating my fitbit. Now it is continually vibrating and switching from screen to screen. It wouldn't update either. This is a replacement I received in December 2019, as my 1st fitbit just went dark and I wasn't able to fix it either. Not sure these products are worth the money, sadly.
