My Charge 3 won't sync

Thank you for the detailed information. At this time, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps suggested in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

Also, please make sure that the Fitbit app for your mobile device is up to date. If it needs an update, please update it by following the instructions here
