I only speak English.

I had to fix my charge 3 on new phone yesterday. This morning it is in Spanish.

I only speak English.

How do I change it back?

Hello @Carolxi. It's nice to see you around!

Thank you for the detailed information. I'd like to let you know that changing the language on your phone changes the language in the Fitbit app. Therefore, the language on your Fitbit Charge 3 should be changed too.

For this, I recommend following the instructions from this help article:

How do I change my language on Fitbit?

Hope this helps.

OMG! I've been registered since 2017 in English Canada

My charge 3 tracker and phone app changed to spanish

I only speak English

On country page it said Guatemala but I'm in Canada.

I tried re-adding the tracker and everything was in Spanish

I keep changing the country to English Canada. But when I try a page, it has gone back to Spanish

@Carolxi Thank you for your reply.

I appreciate your help and thanks for following the suggested steps. At this moment, I'd recommend following the steps below:

  1. From the Fitbit app, tap or click the Account icon > your image.
  2. Tap or click App Settings.
  3. Disable > Automatic time zone.
  4. Tap on Select Time zone and choose the one that says Central Time (US $ Canada)
  5. Disable Automatic location and select your location.
  6. Sync your Fitbit device to save changes.
  7. Also, make sure that in your Phone settings, the location/region is set to Canada.

If you experience any inconvenience while doing this using your phone, please log into the Fitbit Web Dashboard and change the country to an English country, it could be United States and then please change it back to Canada. Make sure to sync your Fitbit device to save changes.

Hope this helps.
