My Manually Set Workouts aren’t being saved/recorded

 I started setting my walks manually with the option on my watch, and it was going fine, until it suddenly just didn’t record my last 2 attempts(shown). It shows it on the display below it, but not when I click on the exercise tile.

I tried the auto recognise feature and that seemed to work, but what has changed with your system since yesterday?
