The charge 3 (purchased on 9/ 16 / 2019) was fine, then suddenly lines were all over it & numbers shaking. After trying the recommendation of reseting it by holding 15 seconds, etc .. it now shows nothing. However on the app it still tracks steps & heart rate. I need answers...
Is there a fix that works? Or is it a software problem as some people have written?
If so, how do I return this?

@70mary Try changing the clock face. If that doesn't work, then it sounds like you have dead pixels on the screen. That is a hardware issue and you'll want to reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.
