My dashboard does not show my route when tracking Charge 2

Hi all,

I have a Charge 2 and it works well when tracking my performance, however the map of my running/walking activity is never right on my dashboard. Funny thing is that it tracks my performance right (km are ok, heart rate seems reasonable, number of steps looks right). See an example of the map below

This seems to me more an issue with the app itself than any other thing seems it measures distances and Charge 2 does not have a GPS, it uses the phone one.

I have exactly the same problem! Came here to ask for some help, yesterday I walked 1.5km, but the map showed like it was 20m, but told 1.5km

i have a charge 3 not 2 but found that when phone battery is low or when in certain power settings the GPS doesnt work properly and that affected the map tracking for fitbit ..

I requested help through the chat and after a few tweaks on the phone configuration, it seems sorted. I tested it today and I got the path of my run correctly.
