My mom bought me a fitbit charge 2 for Christmas and it did the setup successfully... However; it doesn't turn on.. I'm saddened because I was very happy to get such a nice gift from my mom.. I have done all the steps by plugging it up and attaching it to the fitbit but all it does is flash the version on and off repeatedly which I know can't be the norm.. What should I do now?

@ReginaJ11 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't charging or responding. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.
