My iPhone has stopped syncing fully with my Fitbit

I have a Fitbit charge 2. It is linked to an iPhone and an iPad. Suddenly, the dashboard on the iPhone is no longer showing steps and floors. The iPad is fine. Help!

Many thanks. Steven

I have a similar issue - since last week my iPhone seems to not be able to “find” my Charge 2 when trying to sync, so the app doesn’t display steps, floors or sleep anymore - strangely enough, calories are still displayed, but I can’t be sure these readings  are accurate. I went through the Charge 2 and the iOS help topics, reset my phone & the fitBit device numerous times and charged/restarted both but no change. I have no other device (like iPad, laptop etc) that has the FitBit app on it. Please help!

Lots of people cause Fitbit intentionally did an update to make charge 2 not work properly so you would buy charge 3.  Fitbit gives you no answers, no help but hundreds of charge 2 just stop receiving notifications around same time...ya don't think so.   Your issue wnt get resolved and you will get bull**ahem** answer from them

Thank you . I believe it’s true. Took mine off for weeks. Now it’s worse than before. I’ll just stop wearing it
