My screen won't light up

My fit bit works if I do a timer, it vibrates, and it is connected to my phone but the screen won't light up. 

 

Any recommendations?!?!

Hello @Gwennoth, I’m very excited to welcome you to the community forums! My recommendation to fix the display issue is to perform a restart to the Charge following @AlejandraFitbit's instructions. Once you're done with the previous steps the display should be working properly, if not, please let me know so I can investigate further about this issue.

I am having the same problem with my fitbit charge and have tried the rest but still have a black screen. Any other suggestions?

just got a new charge 4 and was following setup and then screen went off, and now it wont come back on. I can feel vibrations when I push the button, but nothing happens
