I don't think the "instruction" guide is very user friendly! Trying to figure my Charge 3 out has been a contorted mind f#@k! I have to google/YouTube EVERYTHING, then I found the community forums for some of my issues, unfortunately the advice given from the moderator did NOT work. (Charge 3--Galaxy S9plus not receiving texts). Not to mention when I was setting it up it said 90 day free trial for premium, but it wouldn't let me select that option so I figured I must have to select the option of monthly or yearly payments, put in my credit card info and I would be charged AFTER 90 days if I decided to keep the premium option....nope, it came out of my account before I even closed the app. My boyfriend bought this for my birthday excited about the sleep tracker (I have Narcolepsy) he thought (by advertisement) the Charge 3 would do the sleep stage tracker (without adding premium), when I was setting up the way I read it was you have to have premium to do that, so I figured what's $9/month ESPECIALLY if I can try it for 90 days first. Then as I did more reading I'm even more confused because it isn't clear to me if I actually HAVE to have premium to get the sleep stages. I feel premium is more guided toward eat/exercise health (which is great), but I just wanted sleep tracker, to which now I feel I can get just from my device without upgrading. I'm feeling extremely frustrated.

The advice you mentioned from the moderator is from a thread that was over a year old and may not be relevant for today. You might want to contact customer support directly for some of your issues.
