I contacted help, had a nice conversation with a representative. At the end of the conversation she stated that I could save the conversation, that a save button would appear after we ended the conversation. However that didn't happen. She had told me to contact an outside company that handles the protection plan i purchased. Can I get the link so I can file a claim. I'm very frustrated that I bought the charge 3 and it is completely unusable right now.
