I purchased a new Charge 3 just for the announcement of the sp02 feature during sleep. I’ve been tracking my sleep since Jan 2015 using Charge 1 to Charge 2 and now Charge 3. I’ve been reading the forums here to try to self resolve this and I’ve already tried to reset the watch a few times based on the instructions given and this morning again I woke up with no Sp02 chart. How do I enable Sp02/blood oxygen monitoring/estimation on Charge 3? My watch firmware is running 20001.63.5 and on a IPhone 11 Pro Max running the v3.13 of the app. Please help!

You just have to wait until it is finally released. No resets are going to get you something that is not out yet.

Best AnswerHi Fitbit Support,
I’ve checked with my colleague who has a Fitbit Charge 3 and he as the sp02 graph in his sleep report. See the screenshot I asked him to send me, please let me know how to fix my issue. He is using IOS on an IPhone 8 Plus.
I see the red and green light daily when I wake up. I assume this is part of the sp02 data which I don't see yet either. I'm wondering if it's legal for them to keep this info from me in European law.
Best AnswerMine started to appear with the SP02 chart a few weeks back now. It also populated the SP02 charts for the dates since I started to use the Charge 3!
Best Answerthis is not a SPO2 chart. do you see any Blood O2 saturation percentages. what is the chart showing you? basically nothing
Best AnswerDid you find an answer as to how to get this feature to work? My charge 3 does not populate with information either.
Best AnswerI just ensured it had the latest firmware and reset the Charge 3 and after a few weeks the charts just appeared.
Best AnswerSwitched from Blaze to Charge3 yesterday. Slept with Charge3 (7.5hours). Sleep graph is populated with types of sleep. Sp02 is blank.
Did I miss a step (pun intended) ?

Best AnswerSame thing happened to me switching from a Charge 2 to Charge 3. What I did was upgrade the Charge 3 firmware as the one which came with it didn’t have the SP02 feature enabled. Then I followed the reset instructions here (Link below), and then after a while (a couple of weeks), the chart appeared with data. Past days which previously didn’t show anything were populated with the SP02 graph data from the day I had upgraded the firmware too.

Best AnswerThanks for the reply.
Reset on my Charge3 firmware was a little different than described in the link.
I still put in charging cradle, held down button til smiley face appears.
I’ll see what happens tonight.

Best AnswerJust spoke to support and did a reset. Hope this works!
Best AnswerLinda,
Thanks for taking the time to contact support and reporting back.
Fingers crossed for us both.

Best AnswerThe smiley reset as mentioned above has fixed the SPo2 issue. Last night I did receive the Oxygen Variation graph.

Best AnswerYup. Mine works as well, after the reset. However, another issue popped up. Now my help article page only reads in a foreign language. Support showed me how to temporarily fix but every time I exit and come back again it reverts back to a non English language and have to fix all over again. 🤷:female_sign:

My old Blazed worked on both iPad & iPhone.
New Charge3 will only Sync with one of them.
When I add the second device, first one stops Syncing.
Even if I shutdown Bluetooth on the first one and wait an hour before trying the second.

Best AnswerI’m not sure if it’s only me, my Charge 3 Bluetooth breaks once while as well. Never had issues on my Charge 1 or 2z Can’t figure out what breaks it but the only way I’ve found to recover it is to reboot the device on the charge 3 via -> Settings, About, reboot device. Read other threads on BT stability issues on the Charge 3 so I suspect they have firmware issues which Fitbit haven’t fixed yet.
Best AnswerJust restart it and it should be ok.
