I have cracked the face of my charge 4 and I cannot use its face.  However, it still records and downloads my activities.  So my question is, If I buy a new charge 4, will it plug and play in my computer, or will I have to download all the programs that my daughter and her husband did for me, which took hours and which I cannot do?

If you haven't done so, please give our team a call or chat with them to check what they can do for your brocken Charge 4

Here are our contact options. 

 

To your question.  If you purchase another Charge 4, and you have access to  a mobile device, you can setup the Charge 4 with account over the Fitbit app, and the continue using it, as you have done with the current one.

It's recommendable to use a mobile device for the initial setup as this is simpler.
