i got a Charge 3 December 2018.... The Screen started to have lines on it and i hardly saw anything. i reported it to Support since i tried all the reset options and nothing worked. They sent me a NEW one all the way in Barbados in August of 2019! *Side Note.... was happy because i was about to go on a trip to China and had a lot of walking to do!* This is now April 2020 and the NEW Charge i got has totally blanked out! i tried all the resets again and i can feel the vibrate but NOTHING happens! It's just really disappointing man. i really don't know what to do. Some help would be welcomed!

the first Charge started giving problems July 2019!
