Snowy screen and lines

I recently received my Fitbit for Christmas present as of yesterday my screen went snowy and have lines. I can get steps but it is hard to swipe. I have read in the community there have been similar problems. I too have reset it several times nothing works. Please help because the Fitbit has helped during the virus. I do have an IPhone

  2. Please confirm the steps you tried to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Thank you for your help I went to change clock which I change the clock and went to reboot the Fitbit which I have the Versa Charge 3 and I have to go to settings then go to about and touch reboot but lines and snowy screen is still there.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Thank you for confirming that you have Charge 3 tracker. Since the issue persists, I recommend giving your tracker another restart by using the 15-second method:

 

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Thank you for your advice. I did put the Fitbit on charge it went out came back on and it still has snowy background and lines now. Took off charge and put it back on but it is still the same.
