I feel clueless, but after updating the firmware on my Charge 3, a new stat appeared, and I cannot figure out what it it. It is between flights climbed and sleep. Today it says “76” and below it “Fair”. Is it representing an active day?

That sounds like sleep score.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
